Adult Initial Evaluation

Ages 18+ | 60 minutes

A comprehensive evaluation of your emotional and physical health, with time to understand symptoms, lifestyle, past treatment, and goals for care.

Child & Adolescent Evaluation

Ages 5 to 17 | 60 minutes

A child-centered, family-focused evaluation that considers emotional, behavioral, developmental, and academic concerns to create a clear and compassionate plan.

Follow-Up Visits

20 minutes

Focused sessions to review progress, make adjustments, and address concerns so care remains effective and aligned with your goals.

Using Your Insurance

We are in network with several major insurance plans. As a courtesy, we verify benefits before your visit, but we recommend that you also confirm your telehealth mental health coverage directly with your insurance plan.

Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance are due at the time of service. A credit card must be kept on file before your first appointment.

If we are not in network with your plan, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

Initial evaluations are typically 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are generally 20 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment plan.

Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation. We will review your symptoms, history, past treatment, goals, and any concerns you may have so we can build a thoughtful and personalized treatment plan.

No, we focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We're happy to provide referrals to trusted therapists if you'd like to add therapy to your care plan.

Yes. We see children and adolescents ages 5 to 17, as well as adults. For minors, parent or guardian involvement is often an important part of care.

We commonly evaluate and treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, sleep concerns, and other behavioral or emotional health concerns.

If you're experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. Our office is not equipped to handle emergencies in real time.

We do not provide disability evaluations or complete disability paperwork at this time. We recommend reaching out to a provider who specializes in these types of assessments.

Medications

Yes. When clinically appropriate, we can prescribe psychiatric medications through telehealth as part of your treatment plan.

Yes. When clinically appropriate, controlled medications may be prescribed in accordance with Texas law and applicable federal regulations. Additional requirements may apply depending on the medication, diagnosis, and clinical situation, and we will explain the process clearly if this becomes part of your care.

Telehealth & Technology

You will need a reliable internet connection, a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a private space where you can speak comfortably during your visit.

Yes. At the time of your visit, you must be physically located in Texas so that we can provide care in accordance with state licensure requirements.

Yes, certain letters and forms may be completed for an additional fee. Completion is based on clinical appropriateness and available information.

Prescription Refill Policy

For safe and timely care, please submit all prescription refill requests through the patient portal at least 3 business days before your medication is due to run out.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show visits, are considered missed appointments and will incur a $75 fee charged to the card on file. As a one-time courtesy, the fee for your first missed appointment will be waived.
